So the first day went well. I woke up around 7 and had some Just Right for breakfast. I made sure it was a small serving as well. I skipped a brunch snack and went food shopping instead. I spent $150 on food!!!!!
Some of the things I bought included:
-Tuna
-Wholemeal bread
-Wholemeal crackers
-Peanut butter Lite
-Wholemeal bagels
-Bananas, apples, grapes, lettuce, tomato, carrots
-Fat free mayo
etc, etc, etc.
For lunch I had a turkey sandwich which was amazing! I had it on wholemeal bread with lettuce, tomato, shaved turkey, shaved parmesan cheese, and some low-fat mayo.
I then rode the exercise bike for half an hour on easy. I knew I could go harder but I didn’t want to put myself off of exercising tomorrow.
I had work tonight so I had to skip dinner but at 5pm I had half of a granola bar and at 6 I had the other half.
